We are looking for:

• Graduates from top colleges with majors in Economics, Business Administration, International Relations, Engineering or related fields
• Superior academic qualifications
• Excellent communication and presentation skills
• Capability and will to develop research skills are essential (both for primary and secondary research)
• Solid analytical skills coupled with drive to understand and solve problems
• Fluent English is mandatory (verbal and written) and a high fluency in a second language (Spanish / French / German / Italian) is desirable
• Previous experience in consulting is desirable, but not required for Junior positions
• Minimum one year contract for foreign candidates
