As a Firm we have extensive industry experience in Healthcare, FMCG, Financial Services and Chemicals. Founding Directors Javier de Santos Javier de Santos has extensive consulting experience including working as an Associate in Booz Allen Hamilton (NY) and as a Senior Manager at Kaiser Associates (London). He has assisted clients and lead business development in the Health Care, FMCG and Telecommunications industries. Javier began his career as Head of Finance and Education for Fundación Iniciativa, a breakthrough social organization. He then managed a boutique publishing company in Argentina and served as Country Manager for a Latin American technology company. He has a BA in Business Administration from Universidad de San Andrés and an MBA from Yale School of Management. Esteban Rubin Esteban Rubin worked for more than 5 years at McKinsey as a Senior Engagement Manager in the Healthcare and Financial services industries, where he served a wide array of clients in the US, Europe and Latin America. Esteban began his career as a Diagnostic Imaging specialist and then as a manager of other specialists. Prior to McKinsey, he worked for the global strategic marketing group of Johnson & Johnson, counseling other J&J business units in the US and Europe. Esteban has a Medical Doctor degree and a specialization in Diagnostic Imaging from the Universidad de Buenos Aires (Argentina) and an MBA from Kellogg School of Management.
